By car: Hastings is approximately 90 minutes' drive from London via the A21. The Channel Tunnel and the ferry ports of Dover and Newhaven are within an hour's drive making BayTree House a great base for exploring Kent and East Sussex. Public Transport: BayTree House is easy to reach for those without a car. Trains run regularly between London and Hastings (from Victoria and Charing Cross). Ashford (EuroStar), Gatwick, Eastbourne, Brighton, Rye and Folkstone all have direct rail links to Hastings.
